A beautiful and delicious little “cherry” style tomato that’s pear (or teardrop) shaped. Sweet and great for salads, this climbing variety will produce hundreds of little tomatoes over a long period of time. Usually one of the first to start to ripen in my garden, I’ll be picking these things all season. Almost tedious to harvest… but easy to consume, give them away or just pile them all into a big saucepan and make sauce with them! Dehydrating or semi drying them is a good plan too, as they’re just the right size to bottle up a couple of hundred and top off with some nice olive oil for pasta dishes throughout the winter. Kids will love picking them too.
