I grew so many of these little beauties back in 2013 that I didn’t know what to do with them all! I didn’t have an enormous number of plants either. They just grow really big and product a LOT of big fruit. I dried them and made a lovely sweet tomato sauce with them for ages. They produced over a long period of time too. It’s a funny fruit that ripens from the bottom up, so within each individual tomato you can get a soft squishy sweet flavour all the way up to the harder slightly green crisp taste of a just ripe tomato. They’re very sweet and low acid, and juicy as heck. Some people love em, some hate em… I’m a big fan but find their high juice isn’t ideal for a thick sauce. They do have a great flavour though.
